Kwoh ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Kwoh mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Kwoh is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• Quotes and Author Names: Any text you enter to create cards is stored locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
• Saved Cards: Cards you create and save are stored locally on your device using device storage.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Kwoh Pro, payment processing is handled by Apple (via the App Store) and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Photos or media from your device
• Contacts or social connections
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising

Kwoh displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and advertising IDs to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization

5. In-App Purchases

Kwoh offers a free tier and a "Kwoh Pro" subscription. All payment transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or any payment credentials. RevenueCat manages subscription status on our behalf.

6. Data Storage and Security

All user-generated content (quotes, author names, saved cards) is stored exclusively on your local device. This data is not backed up to any external server by us. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

Kwoh is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
